Langkah langkah memasak Rendang
- Cuci bersih daging yg sdh di potong2.
- Rebus air hingga mendidih, masukkan daging masak 10 menit tutup panci. Stlh 10 menit matikan kompor tunggu 30 menit. Kemudian nyalakan kompor lgi masak 7 menit. Tutup panci jgn dibuka!!!! Insya Allah daging empuk sekali.
- Halus kan cabe, kemiri, ketumbar, bawang merah, bawang putih, kunyit, jinten. Geprek jahe, laos dan serai.
- Tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi. Masukkan daging yg sdh di rebus beserta airnya. Tunggu hingga air berkurang. Kemudian masukkan santan kental. Aduk2 terus masukkan gula merah, gula pasir, garam, lada dan penyedap rasa. Masak hingga kering.
- Rendang siap di nikmati dgn nasi anget.
